1. The service

MindBridge provides Saga, an AI well-being companion that works under the guidance of licensed therapists, together with mood tracking and progress insights.

2. Not medical care

MindBridge is not a medical device, does not provide diagnosis or treatment, and is not a substitute for professional or emergency care. In a crisis, contact local emergency services or a crisis line.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use MindBridge. By creating an account you confirm your age.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for the accuracy of the information you provide. You may delete your account at any time in Settings.

5. Your data

How we collect and use data is described in the Privacy Policy. Processing needed to run the service is based on this contract; optional uses require your separate consent.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If the changes are material, we will ask you to review and accept the new version before continuing to use the service.
