Account details (email, name), your date of birth for age verification, chat messages with Saga, mood check-ins, and AI-generated session insights.

2. How we use it

To provide and personalize Saga, keep your conversations connected, show your progress, and — only with your separate opt-in — improve our AI models using de-identified data.

3. Legal bases

Processing needed to deliver the service is based on our contract with you. Optional uses (such as model improvement) are based on consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Sharing

If you connect with a therapist, they can see your dossier, session insights and mood data to supervise your care. We do not sell your data.

5. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to what is needed to run the service.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data and withdraw consent. Deleting your account removes your personal data.

7. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, personal data is deleted.
